First rounds involve some online testing - not too much to worry about. Afterwards short behavioral interview - Why ABI - Why you - Challenges of industry, followed by another telephone interview involving the business case (launch of seasonal products - a lot of information to go through so don't waste too much time on details). Then the assessment day - which is a lot of fun. My assessment day consisted out of an individual interview, individual tests, and a lot of group dynamics testing (business game - beer journey). The most important thing is that you stand out - in a good way. Be friendly and polite but do not hesitate to express your opinion. Final panel is intense. You will sit in front of four C-level managers who question your CV and your personality. Make sure to stay calm, don't get nervous, and be yourself. The managers are really friendly and just want to get to know you. Got the offer - accepted it straight away. It's a long long, nerve-wracking process, so if you apply, make sure you're in it for the long haul.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
