The interview was very interactive and casual which gave us the opportunity to interact at a different level. None of the standard interview questions were asked and instead we had open discussion about the job, my abilities, past experiences and their expectations. The three people in the interview were very respectful to each other and to me and it appeared that they really appreciated my time.
