The sr. recruiter totally forgot our phone interview time and was late for the rescheduled phone interview. She was very discriminated to Mandarin speaker over the phone.... You can tell how mess up the company is from this lady's tone. I do not even know if she is hiring someone for the company or trying to help people NOT to get into this company. Compensation and perks are horrible and way below the market.
