Interview
They email you twice before a phone interview. Make sure you have the requirements to work from home. Then 3 phone interviews and a FaceTime or Skype interview. During your time, you must pass 3 test to keep the job. If you fail, they fire you.
asked general questions about how you would deal with customers in various scenarios, positive and negative. and then do an example call with the interviewer from start to finish, then various personal questions
Asked about prior work, current schedule, knowledge regarding subject matter. I didn't get into any informational interview questions until the third interview. The first two interviews were practically all formal greetings and making sure there aren't schedule or schooling conflicts.
