I applied online in early October '21 and heard back within a week. There were four rounds including the initial recruiter screen. Before the final round, I was given an online personality/IQ test which was pretty interesting. It was about 5 weeks from submitting the application to receiving my final offer. In sum, it was an efficient and enjoyable process relative to other companies I've interviewed with.

The interviews themselves were good, but the HR/organization side was not responsive. I've needed to follow up with the HR person multiple times to get any response. After going through 5 rounds of interviews, I never got communication about the outcome or next steps. I followed up a week after the last round and then one month after that - no response. Followed-up for the third time 1.5 months after the last conversation and got the update that the company went with another candidate. Although the answer was ok, and I actually got offer from my top choice company, the experience was just unacceptable. After going through 5 rounds - it's fair to expect at least an update from HR or the team, especially after 3 follow-ups. really bad aftertaste
