Feedback for HR: They are super laid back guys.
Coding Round:
I am not sure howcome Arcessium is sending functional manager to take coding round of interviews. During my coding round one of the functional manager (Deepak Vijh) interviewed me and asked very basic tree data structure questions to code and I did it over the codepad platform.
Though The code was good, person was satisfied - He was unable to ask counter questions. More so, In despite of a positive impression over call from panel - later on he didn't consider to proceed with candidature. And of-course with no feedback at all.
Feedback to Arcesium Management-
Don't wrongly commit about being satisfied , while your functional managers are taking interviews. It was my one of the worst experience I ever had with such an unprofessional person.

Interview
Total 5 rounds of interviews (1 coding + 4 1:1 interviews). Average interview. Time taking process (Took around 1 month). Every interview went smooth and the response was positive. In the end, rejected the candidature without providing any feedback. On insisting rejected in the rounds which has positive response in the past.

Interview
The interview process was good. All my technical discussions like Problem Solving, System Design, LLD went well. The HR team told that your selection is almost final and there will be a Hiring Manager round which is not elimination round, This was also told by interviewer who took Hiring Manager round. But after Hiring Manager round , they did a debrief and rejected me. This kind of behaviour is not expected, as this is giving false hopes to candidate of selection. Also it wastes the time of candidate, as Hiring Manager round was not required if the feedback of other interviews was not good.
