Got a call from senior Crop Scientist 1/2 days after applying - asking when's a good time to interview and also explaining to me the procedure of interview (i.e., there would be a case study sent to me 3 days prior to interview for me to work on and present during the interview as part of the hiring evaluation process). Interview was 1-to-1, in-person. Basic interview questions, introduce yourself and he introduced himself too (+ details about your previous job to see your character etc.). Moved on to case study presentation, after that a few Q&A on case study which was what he mainly used to evaluate interviewees. After I joined the company and asked him, he said for every case study, there's certain things that he look out for that u picked up in the case study (changes with every batch of interns). Very transparent interviewing process where he states that he will get back to us in 1 week whether we are rejected, offered or put on waiting list. Got an offer 4 hours after the interview and had 1 week to accept/reject the offer.
