Interview
It gets started slow going from getting you testing portion done as well as your physical/drug screening. The first couple of weeks are classroom oriented then you get on the floor and start training and the probation period takes about 3 months to complete.

Question 1
If you were working and saw someone doing an unsafe act what would you do?
In person interview. Approximately 30 minutes of typical interview questions. Most of them were scenerio based questions. Afterwords there was a conversation of what the job entailed and what the typical schedule looked like in the position.
