Arenas is a highly reputable Hispanic marketing firm in Hollywood, specifically the film industry. I met with three individuals in person at their office near Universal Studios. Very nice office and the staff members I met with were nice as well. Unfortunately, they're not up to speed on average salaries. I took myself out of the running when I was told their salary range for this senior level position. The range was closer to the salary I had after being in the industry for one year (which was many years ago). That said, I declined to move forward in the process.
My take on the company - they're truly innovative and will continue to be pioneers in their field. But the pay scale is way off and a bit insulting if you're coming into the company as opposed to moving up the ranks there.
