Interview
Asinine. Expected to spend 35 minutes on an automated IQ and some sort of emotion reading test before a potential interview. Clown show. It is not a good test of ability to perform. I stopped after a couple of minutes on the emotion test.

All I could think looking at the test is they seemed designed to exclude neurodivergent people. I'm not, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I quit after a minute or two.
