I had the opportunity to meet with several individuals across different teams that I would be interacting with on a daily or weekly basis. Everyone was very welcoming, and the conversations were extremely informative. It was clear that the company has a strong culture and I left the interview process feeling confident in both the organization's vision and direction. The entire process was very well-organized and it was evident that the company is intentional about spending the right amount of time getting to know external candidates to ensure a strong mutual fit before bringing someone onto the team.
