I was called by one of the recruitment team, who received my CV via reed. She conducted a less formal interview to determine my skills and experience were closely aligned and told me to expect the feedback in couple of days. After 3 or 4 days, I got an interview invite and they were pretty flexible and helpful with timing and all.
On the interview day, I was given an excel test which was pretty straight forward to answer if you are proficient with the software.
Then met the Senior project manager and Associate manager who went into details of my educational background and just developed questions from there but was not in any particular format.
Focus was on my experience and how I will fit in with the role.
After the interview, I was told to expect feedback in a week, however I did not get any until after 3weeks with numerous followup.
The company being a big one had too many personnel involved in the process and I was being referred to different people all over but all in all they were responsive and supportive.
Apparently I did well at the interview but my experience did not match what they want
