I came across the job on Craigslist and received a reply two days after submitting my resume. A week later I was asked to come into the office to start the application process.
There was an aptitude test and an IQ test. The HR representative was very polite and explained the ideas behind the different tests.

3 stage interview. Aptitude test first followed by a technical test and lastly an IQ test. They were very concise and I found that the interview process was a good process.
