I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aspen Dental in Nov 2012
Interview
There was two different interviews. One was with a current office manager and then there was a meeting with the Regional Manager, the office was not open yet, so the meeting took place at a Starbucks. The training process was a 10 week course, where I spent 90% out of state, which was neat to see how other clinics worked. The company made sure the office manager had full knowledge of how the clinic is to be ran and different terminology, so they can step in and help out.
Multiple interviews via zoom, met with an HR rep via phone interview and then three interviews with managers. Very typical interview. Was asked questions regarding work and challenges face, additionally asked about and medical/dental backgrounds.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aspen Dental in Jul 2025
Interview
My interviewer was very polite and explained the position to me, as well as the benefits and requirements. It was overall a pleasant interaction in this dismal world of unemployment, and I am waiting to hear back if I am going to get the position- but I have hope..so let's see what happens.
