I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aspire Lifestyles (Lakeland, FL) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied online and was invited to take a series of assessments. The first was a speed-math assessment. There’s also a logic portion and a personality test. Upon completion I received an invite to set up a phone interview. Technical issues lead to the interview being postponed. It was then Postponed a second time after the interviewer dialed the incorrect number. It was postponed a third time due to a scheduling conflict or something. When the interview finally took place, the interviewer didn’t really seem to have an interest in anything I was saying and actually sounded kind of annoyed. Even so, I thought it went fairly well but wasn’t offered the job and received a rejection email several days later.
