You will be asked general and common interview questions to ascertain your work ethics from previous positions. You will then be given a random curve ball question. The question is designed to seem like there is a concrete objective answer, but it is not. It is designed to see how well you could handle bizarre dialogues from customers. These questions are never recycled.

I found the job advertisement in craigslist and applied. I sent my resume at the same time. I was sent an email to complete an assessment which I did. About a week later I was sent another email asking me to set up a phone interview. That interview was a week later and went pretty good. I was scheduled a face to face interview the very next day. I was interviewed by the site manager and a team leader. I feel the interview went well and I had more than enough experience for this position so I thought the job was pretty much mine as they were looking about 20 people. Two days later I get an email from the talent aquisition team stating that I was not hired and that they hired someone else who's skills more closely match their requirements. I still cannot figure this one out. I did pretty much the very same job for 10 years. I would of been excellent at this job . I feel that since I am 50 years old I was not hired due to my age.
