Interview
After the initial aptitude test + video, you are invited to the interview and assessment. Interview is simple, just going over your CV, your prospect and some general engineering questions to test your common sense/Structural knowledge.
Overall, an average interview process starts with basic behavioural questions moving onto technical ones. Not too hard but not too easy either. Gives you the chance to correct yourself if you answered the question wrong, with giving you a hint on how to approach it.

The immersive assessment wasn’t too difficult but always prepare ahead, I did some online practice, but I’m currently preparing for my interview which is abit difficult for me because I was told to study basic principles of my degree which is civil engineering and research about the ICE
