Initial contact from HR via LinkedIn. I responded and then it was about a 3min that delay before the next contact, which was apologetic.
We set up an initial conversation via Zoom which was very relaxed with the HR person and gave me a good feel for what they were looking for the business structure, and the role is be stepping into.
Next was an interview with the person who would be my team lead. Very relaxed and it was obvious this person was relatively new to a management role. Good vibe from the conversation about the role, the business, and the team.
Next step was an interview with Rob, one of the founders. Felt more like a conversation and I could happily have kept chatting with him for longer.
Then we entered offer and negotiations
