1- An interview with HR, when I presented myself and my professional career. 2- A Coding game challenge (too much easy). 3- An english and french test. 4- Interviews with some customers. ------- That was all easy, but unfortunately the contract wasn't clear, they told me that I've to pay 4000 euro if I leave before one year + 45 days of notice period (with a contract freelancer). I said that's not a problem because I want to stay for a long time. Once I went to Portugal, the company ignores me like I'm not part of them; late answers for more than 3 weeks, 0 feedback from them, never contacted me to know about my situation that was terrible....etc When I decided to leave, the company told me to pay 4920 + 45 prior notice and they hold my salaries of 3 months without notification from their part.
