Applied through the APS Graduate Program process. Hard work to get through the stages but completely worth it! (Steps involved a cover letter type exercise, an straightforward(ish) research presentation assignment and an online interview with multiple APS HR staff who were very lovely, personable people who understand you might be just out of university applying for your first major role.) Standard behavioural questions were asked (nothing unexpected from a graduate interview).
