They are very welcoming. They just want to know if you are a decent person and open to learn, and can answer a few hard questions. They do a hair drug test.

The question were fairly easy. Only hard part is giving a satisfying answer. Was not happy with short answers. Seems to try to push you to test maybe how your mind works.
