Interview
Initial phone interview with engineer. Given coding homework assignment (build out some features, fix bugs, etc.) that took a few hours. Invited in for on-site interviews. Met with four people for about 45 minutes each. Two engineers who each gave open-ended code problems and asked me to solve on whiteboard showing all code. One product manager who was looking more for personality fit and industry knowledge/interest. Also met with VP Engineering. Whole thing took just over a week. Company acted very fast.

Question 1
Questions were not too difficult if you know your stuff. Did have to build out two entire apps (MVC, db, HAML, CSS, config, etc.) on a whiteboard in about 20 minutes each. Felt like I’d been to the gym afterwards!
