CEO talked about himself the whole time and didn't really ask me any questions then when he called to give me an extremely low offer, he told me I had until he hung up to make up my mind before he offered it to someone else. Promised a much higher salary but had a loophole built into my contract so he didn't have to give me any benefits or the pay he promised in the offer.
