HR reached out via LinkedIn. After an initial interview they assigned me a task to prove my WordPress development skills. After I delivered, they were all happy and sent my way all sorts of good feedback about it. Then they disappeared. I had to inquiry about my test work I sent them, at least 2 times before receiving some feedback. The technical department I sent my work to, never took the time to reply. In the end, the HR guy, told me again that my code was great and all, but they rejected me anyway. Then he went on with other lies telling me that for sure he will reach out with other offers in the near future (we both knew it was a lie, and I don't really got why he needed to lie in that way). Result: wasted more than a day of my schedule to work on a free test. Note that the team behind awesome motive knew that I had other commitments (paid) but they still didn't respect my time. I tried to be open-minded and gentle, and that's what happened. Also, like many other companies of this kind, a lot of talking around benefits etc., repeated over and over. Would be great if someone would tell them that mentioning them ONCE is enough

You have 1 first interview with the HR.
Then you have a 2 practical coding exam.
And finally you have 1 interview with the CEO.
The one thing I disliked was that the answers for each phase took too long.
I add to email them to check if they add a response.
The whole process took more than 1 month and I am still waiting for the response.

Interview
First HR got me via linkedin. Then HR made an initial interview by knowing my skills. Then they give me an assignment to make a WordPress plugin with Vue JS. I have made that very well. They are also satisfied with that assignment and told that by email. Then they made an interview with PM and two devs. They do some basic questions about my work experience and how I think and communicate. The interview took an hour. I think the interview was good. After one day, they replied that they are looking for something else. And they can not proceed with me. Actually I could not understand the reason.
