Interview
An online application to submit CV and cover letter, followed by a telephone screening (location, desired salary, current role etc), followed by a 90 minute situational awareness and technical competency based interview about a month later.

Interview
Applied through a recruitment agency (Advantage Resourcing) and the process to interview took 3 weeks. Interview was relatively informal with two interviewers (the PM and an APM) both explaining the role then asking questions about my experience and why I wanted the role. Interview lasted about 50 mins and was pretty straight forward. The disappointing thing was I they didn't have the decency to let me know either way whether I got the job or not, I contacted the recruitment agency who said they would chase up, but I got nothing back from them either. Unprofessional of both BAE Systems and Advantage Resourcing.
