I interviewed at BAE Systems (Warton, Lancashire, Lancashire, North West England, England)
Interview
The application and interview process consist of a game based competency assessment, they're not too difficult but doing some practice games to familiarise with the format might be beneficial. The video interview consists of some situational based questions, you're given some time to prepare your answer and then a couple minutes to respond. A good tip is to try and keep your answer concise to avoid going over the time. Don't feel pressured to fill out the time with your answer because you could run into waffle territory which could actually negatively impact the quality of your answer.
