I applied at the beginning of February and heard back from them in early April. I then received an email looking to schedule an interview. I interviewed the next week on the phone.

Question 1
Asked me to walk through my resume with no indication of what I needed to expand more on or what was sufficient. Then just asked me if I had any questions for the interviewer.

Interview
The superday consisted of 5 or 6 thirty minute 1:1 or 2:1 interviews (with a lunch in between) with those ranging from Analysts through MDs. They covered the basic technical (finance/accounting/modeling) questions, including some that made you think a little more creatively (what would you expect to see on the balance sheet of X company vs. Y company), and placed a lot of emphasis on fit (why Richmond, why BB&T).
