After applying online I have received an invitation to face to face interview in their London office. The interviewers were from the business area I have applied to, one was of a director level and the other was at an associate level. The interview was divided into 3 parts. First part was for them to get to know you better and your motivations. Expect questions like why exactly this uni, why the subject, elaborate on some point of your CV, why did you do that etc. It felt more like a laidback conversation rather an interview and the interviewers were assessing if you would be enjoyable person to be around. Second part was competency based. Expect usual competency questions, don't forget STAR technique and know the values of the company and have examples prepared of how have you demonstrated them. Last part is all about you asking questions. I spend 20mins talking about the role and the company as the interviewers were happy to elaborate quite a lot and provided their honest opinions.

BDO has its own interactive platform which will as you a series of behavioural, numerical, and situational questions. Lastly ended by having 3-5 video interview questions. The best tip is to not overthink it and answer it truthfully, if you don't fit the team at the current moment, you just don't.
