Interview
You will receive virtual interview email from BMO. You can do the interview on laptop with camera or mobile phone with specific app installed. From there, you can practice as much as possible before starting the interview. On each interview question, the program will give you practice time around 3minutes before the actual interview start. After that, you keep repeating each different questions until you complete them.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
1-on-1 with assistant branch manager. Why do you want to work at a bank? Behaviour questions, like what would you do if you made a mistake. Tests your language abilites like Chinese.
