It took 2+ months for the entire process. Initially there was an initial screening process on phone followed by 2 phone interviews each one hour. Mostly on resume, problem solving questions and on SAS. Later I was invited for an onsite interview, where I had 4 rounds, 45 minutes each. SAS Coding, Interpreting the output and problem solving type of questions were asked. Next day I was given the offer, there wasn't much scope for negotiation.
