One of those mind-games interviews where you need to work in a group as part of a team but also be proactive. I didn’t get the job in the end.

easy going and laid back. they didn't ask to many questions but wanted to know about me. not just about the skills i had but my personality. overall i thought it was easy

Group interview lasted one hour and a half. They gave us all a presentation on BMW and their best charity work, etc. Then they made us participate in a group activity where you had to choose from a long list of items that you would keep if you were trapped in the jungle. This lasted for approx half an hour with the current receptionists and business manager observing us and how we communicate with others. Very easy process and not at all intimidating. Then they took us one by one for a 1-2-1 interview. The current receptionist asked me about myself, what I know about the receptionist role and my experiences.
