Wealth Management - Hit or miss on quality of the interview process. When I interviewed, it was pretty much the advisors trying to understand if you have any wealthy connections that they could acquire as clients.

They asked me about my experience in wealth management and my family.
Online assessment, interview with director, two interviews with analysts. Cared deeply about understanding of markets and how you followed them. Also spoke on how you evaluated a stock and built conversation from there. Recruiter had very transparent communication and was extremely supportive throughout the process.

The interview process for my internship was professional. I was provided clear answers to my questions. Has an Initial interview with recruiter and 3 more interviews with the team hiring.

What was my biggest challenge in my past position.
Very thorough but enjoyable. I liked everyone who interviewed me, and they all were quite friendly. Having some higher ups also in the last round of interviews was a great experience.
