First- Virtual Interview via Hirevue ( Questions like why did you choose your degree program, situational based questions like whenever confront a difficult situation (underperforming team, short deadlines etc) If you pass the virtual interview, there will be only 14 shortlisted candidates that will go through a virtual assessment centre. Virtual Assessment Day- You'll get to meet worldwide finance leaders from Baker Hughes. Its really amazing to meet those leaders from various countries. So basically during the assessment day, you'll go through 2 interview sessions. (Interviewed by the top finance leaders) 1st interview session- Case Study Interview (About investment and energy industry) Its hard but very interesting topic. You'll be given few times to prepare and present your case study to several leaders. 2nd interview session- Situational based/ Motivational based interview.
