It was very brief and straightforward. They needed a team member urgently and was willing to hire with no experience. The institute director was there for the interview and was also very welcoming.

It was fine. Asked simple questions which could be easily answered, shared with them my previous experiences and what I could bring to the table. Also shared with them what I was comfortable working with and how I could better current processes
