    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Baltic Training Services (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in November 2015.

    Interview

Met two senior members of the team at a location closer to where I worked - they were happy to come to me and were very accommodating as the position with my employer at the time was quite sensitive and I couldn't take any time off during the day. Nothing was too much of a problem and I was immediately made to feel at home.
