Interview
i applied online, then my recruter called me for a follow up, she arranged a phone interview wich went extremelly well (we made the roleplay exercise) and then she called me again for another follow up and to see if i was still interested in the position. A week later she called me to tell me that next day i had a 1:1 interview with the banking center manager. my recruiter sent me an email with all the information. The next day i went to the interview @10am and the interview went great, nothing difficult to answer, common questions about my job experience and customer service and i had to sell her a calculator to proof my sales skills. Two days later (today) my recreuiter called me to tell me that i had another phone interview with the consumer marketing manager, the interview is tomorrow @1pm and i dont know what to expect, my recruiter told me to go to BOA site and read about the company.... lets see how everything goes tomorrow!!!! ive made my research and noone has mention anything about an interview with the customer marketing manager, im the only one!!!! im very nervous but let see how it goes.. hope to get the job, i really need it!!!

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
