I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interviews went very well. There were 2 rounds, the first one was on Hirevue and they had the basic and easy questions. The second and final round involved 2 parts a 30 minute behavioral part and a 30 minute technical part. Both of them were easy and mostly behavioral.

Business Analyst for the program. Phone screening followed by a HireVue interview and then two back to back phone interviews. All were fairly easy, mostly situational questions. Allowed room for questions at the end.

easy and accessible through online, give a 3 day window to take interview. Can take at anytime, however, since it is virtual there is no recruiter to ask questions. Therefore, you must prep throughly.
