The first stage after the online application is an online interview. This consists of 5 questions about your motivation for the job. You have 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to answer each question. The timer cannot be stopped.

The first question was about my interest in the job : why sales and trading? Then, questions were also asked about how you have used your skills to deal with certain types of problem in your previous experience.
Group exercises + personal interview. Tests your ability to work in a group + your technical knowledge of the markets. It was a very fun day and made friends that have kept in touch with for years
