The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2012
Interview
I was contacted because my resume was on a public job site. The interviews (the first 2 of 3 days at least) are group presentations that give an overview of the company and sales positions. They really hammer home the idea of core values, entrepreneurial spirit, and purpose at these presentations.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
