I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Banner Health.
Interview
Submit an application online, Takes 15-20 min. A representative from HR will call and set up and appointment. Go in and be interviewed by the director of the department. If you get the job the HR rep will call you back within a aforementioned time frame. It is then that you will get all the details, including salary offer, etc.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Banner Health (Phoenix, AZ (US)) in May 2016.
Interview
Interview with recruiter and then had two face to face interviews with the hiring manager. It was a great experience. The team was nice, the interview went well. I decided not to take the position because the salary was just too low. If they provided a counter offer at a higher salary, I will take the offer. The company and employees were great.
