Initial phone interview. Second interview was a short meeting with another engineer. Third interview, they flew me out to Boston. Interviewed with the whole management team. It was implied that I would be offered the job but it ended up not happening because of a minor legal infraction 4 years prior. I would be careful working for or with this company because of this. Apparently no one there has ever made a mistake. It is very concerning that how personal irrelevant past mistakes could affect hiring. I would almost consider this case discrimination. Tread carefully with this company.
