    It was pretty straight forward. You first take a test on different scenarios you'll be given in a typical work day and then you do an online interview. Both were pretty difficult. I recommend preparing yourself with typical interview questions that you give yourself around a minute to answer each to completion.

      The interview process was one the phone and it took 15 minutes. I was interviewed on the phone with 3-4 people and they asked my simple questions about myself. The interview was pretty simple and easy and it felt like a normal phone conversation.
