Interview
They made me do a sit down interview, then come in on a separate day for 3 hour trial shift without pay. Then I had to wait a week whilst they conducted trail shifts with other people to see if I got the job. This whole process took 10days and they didn’t even bother to email to say I didn’t get it. I had no notification.
Sit-down chat with the manager at the restaurant - simple questions, they expect to get to know you more at the trial shift. The trial shift is 3 hours, and they’ll ask you to run drinks and maybe run some food. You don’t have to take orders or anything yet, unless you have experience as a waitress/FOH.

Interview
Casual interview with very few question. Manly based on looks and if you have some common sense. If you can hold a conversation and have some knowledge of drinks you'll get the job.
