There were two phone calls, each with 3 members of Barr and myself. There was no video element or in-person interview for this process. Two of the members on the call were in the department I would potentially be working with, and 1 member was from HR. The second interview was the same two department members and a different HR rep. The interviews were spaced about a week apart, and the questions were very similar both times.
