Dropped my resume to store manager in March, before their busy season. Which was smart idea. Talk to employees if they are hiring any. Some are willing to help you
Simple, only asked why i want to work there and my availability. It was a fine experience. They offered me a job on the spot. I accepted the job and started the next week.
Easy and simple. Asked about availability and prior experience. Very nice manager. Helped me understand a question if I needed it. Overall great interview process. Flexible with my schedule if needed.

The interview was a low-key conversation with the manager who asked a couple of questions about my availability and a walk through of the store. During this time, I was able to see people working, get a vibe of the store, and get a better idea of what my responsibilities would be.
