Long writing task for application then two rounds of interviews. First round was an Informal coffee-chat, poor structure and leading questions. Non-professional impression of arranging meeting in a coffee-shop. later rounds were at their office

Interview
Easy, asked a few behavioral questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work at Battery Ventures. Only one technical, which I completely messed up but it was easy. He was looking for 3 metrics that would be important for a PE firm to look at.

It was one of the more difficult interviews I've had. It was an intro call that was roughly 15 mins and they asked question after question, some harder than others, but it was a lot for such a short time.
