Interview with the department head with no further assessment. Discussion around cv and experience. Nothing really technical. Then a tour of the office. It was a good positive experience that resulted in a job offer.

Discussion regarding past projects and challenges faced
It was quick and standard. The questions asked were focused on prior work experience and description of the job. There were a few situational based questions to judge how you would handle particular situations.
I was asked 5 different questions about my experience and background. I have the interview opportunity during SHPE conference. The interview process was okay. Hiring process was really fast. I received the offer in November, and the starting date was 2 month later.
