I had three interviews on the roll - first one was with head of MFL, second one was with head of department and one deputy, third one was with the headteachers and other deputies. All of them were online.

The questions were pretty general. They interested in your teaching theory and if it is matched with the school value. Questions were including: Why Bede's. What can you provide to Bede's etc.
