I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bench Accounting (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2018
Interview
Had a quick call to get to know me, projects I've worked on and what I was interested in working on in my free time. Very friendly and great talk, unfortunately the timing of the position and my availability did not work out.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bench Accounting (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was split in four phases:
1. A friendly introductory chat on the phone.
2. A meeting with the team-leads where you get to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in a casual setting.
3. An interesting assignment for you to take home.
4. An in-person code review of your submitted solution with the team.
Overall I had a great time interviewing at Bench. They were very supportive and always encouraged me to be myself.
I was made an offer, which I happily accepted, accompanied by a very simple background check. Can't wait to join the team!
