    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.

    Took forever to hear back (more than two weeks) after applying online. Then I received an email asking to do an interview. The phone interview was pretty standard: are you good at math, what did you like in school, tell me about a time when, etc. In person, it was a series of interviews that lasted MORE THAN THREE HOURS. A basic math test and logic test were given. It took full two weeks to hear back.
